Introduction to the position

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting our principal co-creation partner within Robovision, a key contributor to our recurring revenue. You'll be instrumental in empowering both our partner and their end customers to maximise the value of the Robovision platform and tailor-made solutions, ensuring seamless effectiveness and efficiency in their operations.


You will be responsible for nurturing the partner relationship, driving revenue growth through identifying new commercial opportunities, and strategically expanding the scope of our offerings. Your proactive approach, combined with your deep understanding of our products and services, will enable you to anticipate customer needs, mitigate challenges, and exceed expectations at every turn.

Tasks and Responsibilities


  • You serve as the first touchpoint for one or more key partners, adopting a highly interactive approach and regularly conducting on-site visits to end-customer locations. These visits are instrumental in gathering essential insights regarding user experience and pain points.

  • You play a pivotal role in maximising key partner and end-customer's utilisation of the Robovision platform and solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in the platform's features and capabilities. By providing tailored guidance and support, you empower the key partners and end-customers to harness the full potential of our offerings, driving efficiency and effectiveness in their operations.

  • You serve as a liaison between key partners and internal departments, including product, engineering, solution delivery and technical support, to advocate for partner and end-customer needs and drive product improvements.

  • You resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain high levels of user satisfaction by anticipating needs and expectations, and obtaining feedback.

  • You actively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing key partner accounts, delivering best-practice technical consultation to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.

  • You collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize account expansion initiatives, participating in partner meetings, presentations, and C-level negotiations as needed.

  • You'll own the complete lifecycle of assigned key partner accounts, ensuring their success, retention, and expansion. This involves meticulously tracking usage metrics, conducting frequent check-ins, and proactively tackling any issues or obstacles that arise. Additionally, you'll be involved in commercial discussions surrounding identified expansion opportunities, driving strategic growth initiatives within the key partner accounts.

  • You continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience, going above and beyond traditional customer success methodologies to deliver exceptional value and build long-lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in a technical software environment, preferably in the area of Machine building, enterprise Software, SaaS, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), AI solutions, cloud solutions, ERP, CRM, CMS, enterprise content management or similar.

  • Proven experience as Sales/Account Management/Customer Success preferably within Agri-tech/Food-tech/Artificial Intelligence/IT/Machinery industry

  • You have a good technology background and a strong desire to learn and collaborate with clients through preferably in-person meetings or webinars, workshops that result in high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • You are a credible and proactive individual who will be confident interacting with high level executives but can also equally engage with non-executive contacts.

  • Someone who thrives in creating a gold standard in customer success and takes great satisfaction in achieving this.

  • A well planned, structured, rigorous individual with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - in English and Dutch.

  • Knowledge of Data Science, AI Deep Learning, Algorithms, Industrial Automation is an asset.

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline.

  • Legal authorization to work in the EU, with flexibility for travel to meet account needs.
