Job description

Who are we?

Robovision, a leading AI Platform, is in hyper-growth. With an award-winning platform operating in over 40 countries, we are globally recognized as an AI-vision leader. We have enabled groundbreaking innovations in healthcare, agriculture, retail and manufacturing.

Our AI platform empowers users to intuitively adapt vision intelligence within smart solutions, facilitating seamless creation, deployment, and maintenance of Vision AI at scale. Our low-code platform enables data scientists to focus on innovation, while their operational coworkers can take ownership and continuously improve AI solutions.

Our sector-agnostic platform serves millions of daily predictions, contributing to both bottom-line impact and significant social goals. We work with hundreds of partners for co-creation, implementation, and technology, ranging from ISO Group to Nvidia.

Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, with a global team of over 120 Robovisioneers, we are expanding internationally through satellite offices. Our people are ambitious, take ownership, and celebrate shared success, fostering an environment of ambition, respect, and personal development.

Reasons for the role

As Robovision scales and diversifies its operations, the creation of a Partner Manager role is a strategic move to become more partner-centric and expand our global reach. This role is pivotal in developing new partnerships, especially with software businesses that encompass both commercial and implementation responsibilities.

The Partner Manager will not only manage existing partnerships but more importantly, focus on cultivating new ones, playing a key role in our growth strategy. This position requires someone with a significant amount of experience and a proven track record in building partnerships from scratch, particularly in software industries similar to ours.

Our goal is to integrate partnerships deeply into our business model, recognizing that successful partnerships are a cornerstone of our expansion, especially in markets where we are yet to establish a strong presence. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and practical execution, making it vital for someone who can not only forge strong relationships but also effectively integrate these partnerships into our broader business strategy.

What will you do?

  • Lead the strategic development and expansion of Robovision's partner network, focusing on establishing new partnerships with software businesses that have both commercial and implementation responsibilities.

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and engage with potential partners, emphasising the creation of mutually beneficial relationships to drive business growth and market penetration.

  • Develop and implement a partner-centric approach within Robovision, ensuring that partnerships are at the core of our business strategy and operations.

  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial identification and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals and to create integrated solutions.

  • Design and execute partner enablement programs, providing partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and implement Robovision's products.

  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing regular feedback and support to optimise their success and the mutual benefits of the partnership.

  • Leverage extensive industry experience to anticipate market trends and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.

  • Act as a key representative of Robovision at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network, build relationships, and promote our partner program.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • Minimum of seven years' experience in partner management or business development, preferably within a software or technology environment that relied heavily on partnerships for growth.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships from scratch, demonstrating significant contributions to business growth.

  • Strong understanding of software business models, particularly those involving a mix of commercial and implementation responsibilities in partner relationships.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.

  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new partnership opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to represent Robovision effectively in diverse settings.

  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Legal authorization to work in the EU, with the flexibility for international travel as needed.

What do we offer?

  • A leadership role in driving the growth and expansion of Robovision through strategic partnerships.

  • The opportunity to shape and implement a partner-centric approach within a dynamic, innovative technology company.

  • A collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on professional growth and development.

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity options and comprehensive benefits.

  • A platform to leverage your experience and skills in building a robust, global partner network.

  • Regular interaction with industry leaders and participation in key industry events and conferences.

  • The chance to make a significant impact on the company’s market presence and success in the AI vision technology sector.
