As Robovision continues to make significant strides in the AI vision technology sector, the need for a dedicated Event & Founder Marketer has become paramount.
This role is central to our strategy of increasing our visibility and impact at trade shows, conferences, and other key industry events worldwide. The Event & Founder Marketer will identify and coordinate our participation in relevant events like professional trade fairs. Moreover, through the managing of its stakeholders and organisational he/she will ensure that we make a memorable impact wherever we participate.
An important part of this role consists in the marketing of our founder by growing his international reputation as an authority on AI even further. Taking care of the practical organisation of his media-appearances and speaking opportunities is instrumental.
Furthermore, this role is crucial in leading the organisation of Robovision’s own events, ranging from digital and virtual formats to potentially large-scale physical summits in Belgium.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about bringing our brand to life through impactful events and founder marketing.
What will you do?
Lead for Events & Conference Attendance
Identify and evaluate potential trade shows, conferences, and events globally to develop and maintain the optimal event calendar to generate leads and build both the Robovision and the founder brand
Drive the organisation and management of event-related activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines and budgets
Coordinate all aspects of event preparation and attendance, including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and team assignments.
Foster a high-energy, proactive and collaborative approach with the marketing, sales and product team to attending events, ensuring Robovision's presence is impactful and memorable
Self-organised events & Founder marketing
Take the lead in organising Robovision's own events or events organized together with partners or customers, both digital/virtual like webinars and physical, including side-events at conferences and potentially a large-scale summit in Belgium.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance the personal brand of Robovision's founder, positioning them as a thought leader and getting him booked as keynote speaker at events, guest in podcasts, featured in PR and much more.
Who are you?
Proven experience in event marketing, preferably within a technology or AI-focused industry.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for networking and representing the company at various events.
Capable of developing innovative event concepts and marketing strategies.
Interest and skill in building and promoting a personal brand, particularly for company leadership.
A passion for building (personal) brand awareness (a plus if you’ve read into the topic: Known by Schaefer, Reinventing You by Clark, Platform by Hyatt, Crush it by Gary V,...)
Strong experience with social media (linkedin, instagram,...)
Ability to travel frequently and manage on-site event coordination effectively.
Legal authorization to work in the EU, with flexibility for international travel.
