As a UX Researcher at Robovision you investigate the requirements for future Robovision platform features. This as part of the broader user experience story. 


At Robovision the role of UX researcher is a mix of Business Analysis and User research and testing. We’re looking forward to someone who’s able to write docs containing:


  • Business requirements
  • Current state overviews
  • Scope specifications
  • User research
  • Use cases
  • System requirement specifications
  • Summaries of interviews of both internal as external stakeholders
  • User acceptance plans,…

Job requirements


  • Technical background (software dev./ data scientist)
  • Good writing skills to construct structured BA docs
  • User story experience
  • Experience with user research tools
  • Experience with software development roadmaps
  • Extended knowledge of all JIRA, Confluence functionalities
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business process management or user experience research
  • Fluent English
  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Diplomatic — create a balance between client/ stakeholders wishes and development optimisations.
  • Organised
  • Structured communication with clients/ external partners/ stakeholders/ Dev-teams
  • Analytic thinking (to translate concerns to practical requirements)
