Your responsibilities

Recruitment strategy & talent acquisition

  • You will collaborate closely with our hiring managers and your HR colleagues to set the right requirements and match them with our business needs.

  • You get the ownership of the recruitment cycle: to work out and design the hiring process that fits the role & person we are looking for.

  • You proactively reach out & source good potentials.

  • You drive the selection process from resume screening to interviewing.

  • You organise, attend and follow up on the collaboration with universities & associations that fit our talent pools. You actively keep in touch with potential candidates.

Onboarding and Learning & Development

  • You lead the onboarding process: from administrating the contracts, accounts etc to presenting on the first day, to check in with new employees, collect feedback and work out concrete action plans for continuous improvement.

  • You get the exciting opportunity to help create our L&D framework.

Employer Branding / Campus recruitment

  • You look for original ways of attracting the exceptional talent that matches our organisation through employer branding events.

  • You collaborate closely with the marketing team in creating campaigns and identify employer branding opportunities.

  • You host & attend events to keep us connected to the right candidates & the market.

Company culture

  • You are the guard of our company culture and Robovision DNA.

You help initiate and work out initiatives to embed our culture into the deep roots of our organisation by asking the right questions. What matters to you in your work environment?



Job requirements

Who we are looking for

  • You are a proven HR professional with a solid hands-on experience in recruitment, and employer branding. Some experience in a (SaaS) software environment is a strong plus.

  • You are a confident and self-driven person, naturally engaging with talent in- and outside Robovision and independently managing your time and projects. You speak Dutch fluently, this in combination with English.

  • You put the team first and you’re digitally savvy and enjoy engaging with all colleagues across multiple channels.

  • You have a structured approach towards setting up processes, while always keeping the end result in mind. You enjoy juggling around with data at the benefit of continuously improving your day-to-day work.

  • You have an understanding of maintaining and cultivating the Robovision DNA and culture
