At the moment we are looking for a Student or Intern for our HR department who can help us structure processes, support in execution and perform some administrative tasks.
You will work in a high-tech scale up environment with lots of opportunities.
You actively promote vacancies on job sites, via student forums & associations, ... You call, email and make appointments with potential candidates and participate in weekly consultation moments with the managers
You draw up an annual calendar concerning employer branding opportunities, recruitment campuses and job fairs
You work on current HR projects
You structure our processes and the available information for the employees
You carry out administrative tasks such as processing the first-line questions of our employees, drawing up and scanning documents, etc.
You are following an HRM training (or related training) at Master level
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and you can work fluently with various computer programmes (Microsoft Office, ...)
You like to work proactively and independently
You have good communication skills and are stress resistant
You know how to maintain an overview and set priorities
