Robovision is currently active in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail, Medical and Smart Cities.

You will be involved on all levels of the development of our Robovision AI platform. You will join our existing Robovision AI product team.

Job requirements

We are looking for an exceptional, mid to senior level software support engineer to add serious value for our existing customers.

Responsibilities include:


  • Resolve incoming Zendesk and intercom tickets, predominantly via e-mail, sometimes via Chat and phone.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues either on a local deployment, virtual system or on a screen-sharing session with the customer.

  • Actively collaborate with the Robovision AI product team and other colleagues from other departments to find solutions.

  • Communicate confidently in Business Dutch and English

  • Writing knowledgebase articles

  • Follow and improve or extend the documented procedures, guidelines and policies


Must haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Technical Support, Professional Services, QA, Dev-Ops or Development.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a great customer oriented mindset.

  • Advanced knowledge of the operating system Linux, container technology, Kubernetes, postgres database and networking.

  • A good understanding of programming languages (Python, Java script).

  • Great analytical skills to troubleshoot software problems based on extensive logs.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Front-end technologies (VueJs, …)

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems
