As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing a strategic vision and direction to Robovision's customers and partners by ensuring a best-in-class, white-glove experience so they can achieve their goals.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Robovision's customers and partners

  • Achieve customer's success criteria, demonstrate ROI, and ensure customer renewals

  • Proactively identify and mitigate points of friction, risks and churn

  • Voice the customer feedback to aid in product design and development as well as in improving our customer and partner support activities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure Robovision’s solutions better serve the customers and partners

  • Thoroughly analyze customer data to improve the overall customer experience

  • Analyze and enhance the communication and knowledge infrastructure.

  • Drive expansion of customer accounts by following up on invoices and additional licenses.

  • Report regularly to the Head of Customer Success

Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Facing role. Experience of project management or service desk management would be a plus.

  • A great communicator with good written and verbal presentation skills - both English and Dutch. French would be an advantage

  • Strong ability to truly listen to our customers to identify their real needs

  • Flexible to travel to our customer offices

  • An excellent relationship builder with good people skills

  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn modern project management tools

  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to help customers, partners and colleagues achieve goals
