We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Agri & Food.


The Agri & Food business line within Robovision has been growing strong for multiple years on end, with >500 operational horticulture robots live worldwide. Our Robovision AI platform is perfectly suited to cope with complex computer vision use cases, our USP’s like easy retainability, 3D Deep Learning, scalability, … are especially relevant in the Agriculture sector, due to variability and complexity of nature. Combined with our highly talented integration team, our existing partnerships and new developments are game-changing machines and applications that change the face of the agriculture industry.

Your role

You will report to our Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales & Marketing and Engineering team.

Your role will be to identify and develop new products and markets to expand our growth, with focus on Agriculture & Food in an international context.

Job requirements


-you prospect machine builders and manufacturers in Agriculture and Food

-you set up partnerships to create new products or services with our software at the core

-you know how to spot interesting opportunities and qualify incoming leads

-you guide customers/partners in the definition of the business case for a new development and close these deals.

-you help to collect feedback and think with our project teams how to make our products better

-you pitch in to grow our sales and marketing organisation, define new strategies, marketing, etc.

Profile :

-3-5 years experience in Sales/Business Development or Product Development

-strong interest in technology and AI

-background in Agriculture, Food or Engineering required

-trustworthy teamplayer

-hands-on problem solver

-strong communication skills in Dutch and English
